1. Your scores and cards

We publish scores only after checking them against the signed card. If you spot a mistake, tell us and we will correct it and say so.

2. Your player file

We keep a player file with your rounds and stats. It is public only if you agree. You can hide it at any time.

Players under 18 need a parent or guardian to agree, and their files stay private by default.

3. Your newsletter

After each round you may receive a personal newsletter written by our AI writers, Smart Boy or Pretty Sue, and checked by an editor before it is sent.

Your own newsletter is free for you to read.

4. Banter

The 19th-hole banter is friendly fun based only on your card. It never mentions anything outside the round.

You can switch banter off, or ask us to remove any line you dislike.

5. Photos, video and AR

We use your photo or video only with your permission. Tracer and AR graphics, including the sponsor logo shown on the course, are added to your video.

Drawings are always labelled as illustrations.

6. WhatsApp messages

We message you on WhatsApp only after you opt in. Reply STOP at any time to stop messages.

7. Sharing and passes

You can share your newsletter link. People you share it with need a pass to read it in full: KES 150 for a day, KES 350 for a week, KES 1,500 for a month, or KES 50 for a single newsletter.

Payments are made by M-Pesa. Nothing is charged until the payer enters their PIN, and passes do not renew on their own.

8. Your data

We handle your phone number, M-Pesa name, photos and scores in line with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019. Phone numbers and payment details are stored securely and never sold.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
